The children from 5th/6th had very informative and enjoyable history trail around Ardagh on the 12/10/2017. The children really enjoyed listening to local historian, John Hough, as he gave them lots of information on some local historical sites. We visited St. Molua's Well, the old barracks, the monument to the Ardagh Chalice and the old school on our trail. The children are busy putting together a presentation on all that they have learnt about local history at the moment. Thanks John for all your help.
